In my current role, I am the Technology Program Manager for Ford's CX Movement. My primary objectives are to ensure all the technology and data that powers this critical program are performing above and beyond expectations. One of my greatest accomplishments in this role was taking a mission-critical, yet reviled, business software and made it drastically better. Click here to read more.
